摘 要:
在建立霍山石斛的液体悬浮培养技术的基础上, 添加诱导子硝普钠(SNP)、植酸(PA)和水杨酸(SA)。3 种诱导子均可 促进霍山石斛原球茎中生物碱的积累, 0.1 mmol•L-1 SNP、7.5 g•L-1 PA 和 100 μmol•L-1 SA 处理的原球茎, 其生物碱含量分别 为不作处理的 2.02 倍、1.84 倍和 1.62 倍。促进霍山石斛生物碱积累的适宜诱导子为 SNP, 其适宜浓度为 0.1 mmol•L-1。高 浓度的3种诱导子均导致培养液酸化, 原球茎的相对电导率上升, 其生物量和生物碱含量明显下降。关键词:霍山石斛; 原球茎; 悬浮培养; 生物碱; 诱导子

Abstract:
It was studied the influence of sodium nitroprusside (SNP), phytic acid (PA) and salicylic acid (SA) on cell growth and the alkaloid accumulation of suspension-cultured protocorn-like bodies (PLBs) of Dendrobium huoshanense. The results showed that all the three elicitors could enhance the accumulation of alkaloid. When treated with 0.1 mmol·L-1 SNP, 7.5 g·L-1 PA, and 100 μmol·L-1 SA, respectively, the alkaloids accumulation elevated to 2.02-, 1.84-, and 1.62-fold compared with control. The appropriate elicitor was SNP, whose optimum concentration was 0.1 mmol·L-1. High concentration of three elicitors could cause the medium acidification and increase the relative conductivity of PLBs, resulted in reduced biomass and alkaloids quantity.Key words: Dendrobium huoshanense; protocorm-like bodies; suspension culture; alkaloids; elicitor
